We deliver hi-fi, home cinema and architectural audio equipment across the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider Emirates — and can arrange regional shipping to KSA and India on request.
How delivery works
Because we work on an enquiry basis rather than online checkout, delivery is arranged as part of your quotation. When we quote, we confirm availability, lead time and any delivery or installation charge, so there are no surprises later.
Lead times
- In stock: typically [IN-STOCK LEAD TIME] within the UAE.
- Indent or special order: lead time depends on the manufacturer and is confirmed on your quotation.
- Custom finishes — veneers, bespoke colours, made-to-order cabinetry — are built to order and quoted individually.
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and can be affected by manufacturer production schedules and shipping.
Delivery charges

Large and heavy items
Floor-standing speakers, subwoofers, large displays and rack equipment are delivered by our own team or a specialist carrier. Please tell us in advance about access constraints — lift dimensions, stairs, parking, villa access or building delivery hours — so we can plan properly. Where a delivery cannot be completed because access was not as described, a re-delivery charge may apply.
Installation and calibration
We design, install and calibrate complete systems, from a single pair of speakers to a full cinema room. Installation is quoted separately from the equipment. If you would like us to install, tell us at enquiry stage so we can schedule delivery and installation together.
On delivery
Please inspect goods on arrival. If anything is visibly damaged, note it at the point of delivery and tell us within [DAMAGE NOTIFICATION WINDOW] so we can resolve it quickly with the carrier or manufacturer.
Collection
You are welcome to collect from our Nadd Al Hamar showroom by arrangement, during opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, closed Sunday.
