What separates the Tour One M3 from other over-ear noise cancellers is the Smart Tx unit supplied alongside them, a 34.5 g transmitter that takes an external audio source and re-sends it as Auracast audio, with its own controls for the headphones. The headphones use 40 mm dynamic drivers and weigh 278 g, with Hi-Res Audio support.
Eight microphones drive True Adaptive Noise Cancelling 2.0 with real-time adjustment; four are given over to calls using adaptive beamforming. Playback runs to 70 hours with ANC off and 40 hours with it on, from a 2-hour charge, and the transmitter itself lasts up to 18 hours. Frequency response spans 10 Hz to 40 kHz, with LDAC and LC3 among the codecs.
