Two ear tip sound modes are supplied, allowing the fit to be changed to suit the listener rather than committing to one arrangement. The Tune Flex 2 is a true wireless set using 12 mm dynamic drivers with a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, rated IP54 against dust and water. Each earbud weighs 4.4 g, with a 32.9 g charging case.
Adaptive noise cancelling works alongside Smart Ambient for passing conversations. Total playback reaches 48 hours with the case; the buds alone manage up to 12 hours with ANC off and 8 hours with it on, recharging in 2 hours from empty. Six microphones handle calls, Bluetooth 5.3 covers multi-point and Fast Pair, and Personi-Fi 3.0 builds a listening profile in the JBL Headphones app.
