Description
Where a standmount runs short of authority, this 3½-way floorstander answers with two 7-inch wood fibre drivers and low-frequency reach to 35 Hz, taken up to 34 kHz at the top.
The hybrid tweeter combines ten 55 mm planar magnetostatic strips with a 35 mm soft dome, with crossover points at 800, 2,500 and 12,500 Hz. An 88 dB sensitivity and 6-ohm load make it undemanding, and the 40–400 W range leaves headroom for 110 dB peaks.
